• To engage the Cyprus Conference Committee in
the needs of the CCEAM at their conference. The Memorandum of Understanding
arrangement is not applicable to this conference because the Council
decision came after the conference was allocated to Cyprus.
• To engage the South African Conference Committee in the Memorandum
of Understanding for the 2008 conference
• To invite proposals for the 2010 conference from affiliates
• To advise the Council on the preferred proposal |
