Fully registered participants will be entitled to a conference folder, printed materials, participation in all sessions, morning tea and lunches on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and electronic access to copies of presentations and the printed Monograph of the William Walker Oration.
Delegates with special requirements should ensure details are included on the registration form in the ‘special requirements’ section. Special dietary requirements must be advised in advance, as special meals cannot be arranged without seven days’ notice to the venues.

Sydney’s bright spring weather is usually mild and sunny with average temperatures ranging from 13 - 22 C (56 - 72F).
Various modes of public transport operate throughout Sydney including a Monorail and Light Rail service, linking Darling Harbour to the CBD. An extensive bus, rail and ferry network enables visitors to enjoy Sydney at reasonable prices.
Transport from the airport: The Airport Shuttle bus and train link are available from Sydney airport to various points throughout Sydney.
Car parking is available at a choice of parking stations adjacent to the venue.
Registration cancellations must be received by the Conference Office in writing. Notification by fax or email will be acknowledged, and such acknowledgement should be retained. A refund (less 10% administration charge) will be given for cancellations received by September 1. No refunds will be given after this date, but substitute participants are welcome.
The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of publishing however, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to alter or delete items from the Conference program.
