Collection of personal information is fair, lawful and not intrusive. CCEAM's stores the membership data provided by the member and the CCEAM Affiliate so that when information and products are distributed to members it is done with the most up to date information the member and or Affiliate has provided. Members can access their personal information at any time.

CCEAM does not collect personal information when you visit our site unless you place an order or contact us via our web-based email form.

When you place an order you will be asked for the following personal information: your name, email address, mailing address, delivery address and phone number. We may share this information, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and shipping carrier for delivery of your order.

CCEAM transfers your credit card details to eWay using 256 bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption and we do not store them. Our payments are handled by eWay, an Australian payment gateway that has been operating for over 10 years.

Payment Methods

Credit Card via Secured Website

Members can use CCEAM online purchasing systems and pay with a Visa or Mastercard.

Credit Card via Telephone

Members are welcome to phone CCEAM with an order and provide their credit details for payment at the time of placing your order.

Direct Deposit

CCEAM is happy to accept payments made directly to our bank account via funds transfer. To use this option please select Direct Deposit in the checkout process. Please note that our website will show our bank details on the confirmation page. Please use your name or order number as a reference so we can match the payments up on our end for faster shipping.

Your order will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account.

Cheque or Money Orders

CCEAM is happy to accept either Business or Personal cheques & money orders made out to CCEAM. Please select the Cheque/Money Order option in checkout and our postal address will be shown to you. Payments must be in Australian dollars.

Delivery

CCEAM will deliver through the appointed mailing agency or by electronic means depending on the type of purchase.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise by emailing CCEAM within 5 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation.

We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 3 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.

Refunds and Exchanges

CCEAM do not offer any type of refund on goods that have been wrongly selected or change of mind.
